I am wondering if it will handle my 338-378 weatherby mag? And would also wonder what it sounds like in the big 33 cal magnums as well.

And the next quiestion is what piston mounts does it use, Octane/Osprey ?

Yes, it uses the same pistons as the Octane/Osprey.

It's amazing to me that this ^^^^ statement makes me start thinking I need this because I will save money on not having to buy new pistons, and it will also save me because almost all of my rifles are outfitted with ASR mounts. My mind instantly goes to that thinking like I am trying to justify another purchase when I really have no need, just tons of want!!!

Same reason I bought one. Didn't really need it, but I have all the mounts and pistons that for with it already.
