Question for Silencer Shop

So I ordered a can from a powered by dealer and will have it transferred to another powered by dealer here local to me. My question;

Can the paperwork be submitted through SS using my already uploaded trust, finger prints and Photo? Would I then be able to check on the status just like I can for orders placed with you directly?
