Thats right! Rugged Suppressors just announced their first centerfire pistol suppressor today and they're already shipping to dealers. I already have the review done for you as well! I must say this is one impressive and beautifully machined suppressor. I cover everything you need to know in the review and nothing you don't. My goal with these review videos is to help you all make an educated decision quickly and concisely. A short, fat free review you can fit into your busy day to day activities. With that said, enjoy the video!

Mmmmm, heat-treated 17-4. That would look so hot on a Salient Glock. ;)

I dont know mang, TiN coated baffles in the Revolution 45 are moar blinger.

Should I get the Silencerco Octance or the Griffin Octane or the Rugged Octane?

:chain:

Rugged Octane maybe winner.

Damnit. Now I want a pistol can again.

ETA: Just watched your video FM. The 9mm/long/wet combination seems unbelievable.

How would you rate the blowback compared to the Octane?

One thing I don't care for about the Rugged and the Griffin is the adjustable length. One more thing to come loose. Keep it simple. If I absolutely have to have a shorter and lighter can for my 9mm, 40, and .45 - I will hit the gym or pull out the check book for a K Can. Modularity is cool. But it also is a headache 10 years down the road when you have it come loose and get a baffle strike for a can no longer in production/supported.

No prob when you get a strike on an unsupported can you just send it to stalking rhino. I hear they can and will fix u up.
. But I do agree with your logic.

Agreed. I avoid cans that have mounts and end caps and inflatable life rafts.

You hate pistol cans? lol:faint:

I don't hate pistol cans, but I have realized very little use for them.

I only use my Isis-2 9mm again now because of my SBRed PCC.

It was my first can and after the initial "OMG I have silencer" wore off it was unused for for a long time.

1. suppressed centerfire rifle
2. suppressed rimfire rifles and pistols
Distant 3. suppressed pistols

YMMV.

This, 100%. I don't hate pistol cans, I just haven't found them practical. I show them, let others shoot them and say, "cool. I gotta get me one" and that's about it.
