Any updates on this? I saw the e-mail announcement of the ALL NEW CHAOTIC TI this morning.

What about 6.8? OK on a 12.5"?

The upgrade is coming later today... Looks like it will be 450$ since we end up replacing almost all of the internals and having to recoat it when done.

Shaves almost 1/2 pound off of the weight, it makes the muzzle surprisingly light on the gun in the video.

It took long enough.... I was so ready for this to happen a LONG time ago!!!!

Yes, that will be good to go on the TI, so will 300 Win Mag on a slightly longer barrel!

Curious if the price could be improved if the original core was returned unused? Or is the non-Ti core being phased out of production?

I'm going to send it in a month or two. I got to save up for this one.

Unfortunately, the answer is no, this question creates a sort of "paradox" for us. We looked at this and tried to come up with a solution to do just this idea. It would seem to make sense to reuse a core, this is not that simple of a task though. The time to recover those parts is too great to make it worthwhile for us. This is the hard part about upgrades as we end up destroying the unused parts from the earlier build to recover the tube for the upgrade.

Thank you for your idea though, without people willing to suggest ideas, we would never see some things happen.
