So if a Leo was made with an upper receiver that is NOT a Seekins iRMT-R, we're good to go, correct? Mine was built with a Seekins SP223 upper with the MCSR v.2 aluminum barrel nut.

Yep, you are correct. It only applies to the iRMT-R uppers. You are good to go.
