Default .578-28 Silencerco Octane Fixed Mount.

If anyone is wanting an .578-28 thread mount for the Silencerco Octane please post interest here so we can gage how many to make when the gages come in.

As KC put out in the Silencerco/SWR thread on this very topic.....

If our part is at fault for a problem we will deal with the warranty, if it is not our fault then Silencerco will handle the warranty.

This part does NOT void Silencerco's warranty.

Thanks!

ETA the price of the mounts......... $85 apiece delivered.

I'm in for one. Are you going to take their .5x28 fixed mound and cut it .578x28?

Is there a difference between the ones you are making vs the factory ones?

Silencerco doesn't make a .578-28 fixed barrel mount.....that's why we are making it.

Thanks for the headsup on the mailbox too.

Didn't realize you were making fixed mounts. I thought you were making aftermarket pistons. lol.

Yes we are making fixed mounts in a couple of flavors.

I will edit the title so its clearer.

We do make 1 aftermarket piston for the Octane, that is scheduled for a run in Q1/2.

Not yet, we have made part of the run but are trying to finish up the end of year items right now and will then resume the run.

NFATalk will be the first to hear about their availability......then it will be posted on Facebook and elsewhere.

You guys get the first shot at them!

What's the word on these FBM's? I sent you a full payment in November cause I was going out of the country. I have tried calling and have sent you personal emails with no response. Is this project over?

No, the project isn't over we are still working on them and planning on doing alot more as well.

I sent you an email the beginning of last week with the details on where we were at with them.

You are on my calendar to call tomorrow.

It is moving, just not as fast as we'd like, the shop got a pretty good influx of service work that needs catching up on.
